Location & Connectivity

Located on 104 Avenue in the heart of downtown, getting to Edmonton Tower and exploring ICE District is exceptionally convenient.

Street Level Access

Rogers Place and Ford Hall are just across the street to the northwest surrounded by ICE District’s top dining, shopping and public art features.

Parking

Edmonton Tower tenants may have access to a 504-stall enclosed, heated parkade. Within a five minute walk, you’ll find an additional 6,000 parking stalls with over 13,500 more parking stalls within ten minutes. Ultimately, over 4,000 stalls will be located in all underground parkades upon ICE District’s completion in 2019.

Public Transit

Edmonton Tower is located directly along major bus routes. It will also connected via indoor pedways (in 2019) to four commuter LRT stations: MacEwan Station (right in ICE District), Churchill Station, Central Station, and Bay Station. When the 102 Avenue route is complete, seven LRT stations will be within a ten minute walk of the Tower.

Pedway Connections

When ICE District is complete, you can walk aboveground into Rogers Place via the JW Marriott Hotel situated on the west side of 102 Street. From Bell Tower to the south, you can also walk indoors to your favourite downtown amenities. Over 40km of indoor pedway networks will connect ICE District to the rest of the downtown core system.
